Director of RHVAC EngineeringA global company is seeking a Director of RHVAC Engineering to oversee daily engineering operation at their Burlington, MA facility. This direct hire role includes an excellent benefits package with health, dental, life, and disability insurance; 401K; and 28 PTO days per year.Responsibilities of the Director of RHVAC EngineeringPlan, direct, and coordinate Engineering department activities, ensuring development and implementation of projects and client deliverablesEstablish, communicate, and implement policies, practices, and standardsWork with team to train and develop staff, and provide quarterly developmental reviews Reach across multiple departments/business units to coordinate and facilitate issues in the best interests of the client and company Support the strategic direction for the engineering team and client-based initiativesSchedule meetings with staff and client leads for all phases of construction development including planning, engineering, construction, commissioning, and close outLead in the evaluation of engineered and technical solutions to benefit company and client requirementsCollaborate with client to develop and meet organizational goals while supplying expertise and guidance on projects, operations, and systemsWork with team to identify, recommend, and implement technologies and systems to meet sustainability goals Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in support of client sustainability goalsQualifications of the Director of RHVAC EngineeringBachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 10 years of applicable experienceStrong leadership skills; executive-level management experience preferredAutoCAD experience preferredCustomer experience from project to executive management preferredWell-organized with excellent time management skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with MS Office Suite or related softwareExtensive knowledge of engineering principles and proceduresWe look forward to hearing from you about this Director of RHVAC Engineering role!To apply, please email an MS Word copy of your resume to claflamme@leddygroup.com, call 603-766-2004, or apply online at www.leddygroup.com.Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.About Leddy GroupWe are a privately owned, regional staffing company serving northern New England since 1994.
