We are seeking an experienced investment management investor relations professional who is ready to join a mission-oriented organization and own a brand-new function within the Social Finance team.
Reporting to the Managing Director, Impact Investments and partnering closely with other impact investing team members, as well as our VP of Partnerships and Strategy, the Vice President, Investor Relations will be responsible for running capital raising across our investment products. The Vice President will build, develop, and maintain relationships with all existing investors, onboard new investors, and run an excellent service delivery platform to ensure investor expectations are met and exceeded. Social Finance uses a lockstep compensation model for purposes of equity and transparency - we strive for everyone coming in at a given level to be paid equitably. For this position, at the Vice President level, the starting base salary is $190,000; however, during the interview process, we will take into account a candidate's full work experience and may adjust the job title, and commensurate starting salary, as appropriate. At this level, employees receive an automatic $5,000 adjustment annually and a bonus of 5-10%.
