The Fidelity Digital Asset Services (\u201CFDAS\u201D) Operations team is looking for a director to oversee the operational and technology controls program to support FDAS Business Operations, Risk, and Compliance to ensure the control environment is mapped and managed across functions and disciplines.\u00A0 This role will play a key part in the successful management of control documentation and maintenance. \u00A0A successful candidate will develop and use his or her knowledge of the FDAS businesses to provide support to successfully manage the control environment.#cryptojobs

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in audit, control management, operations and/or project management
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent follow-through skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe skills

    • Provide critical end-to-end management of controls and control documentation
    • Develop and maintain repositories for controls and changes to controls
    • Work with subject matter experts to ensure controls are designed and maintained appropriately
    • Establish and maintain content management system
    • Incorporate best practices, recurring items, changes, and recent developments
    • Oversee design and documentation process; ensure language is accurate and appropriately descriptive
    • Manage all changes including additions, deletions, and modifications to existing controls
    • Serve as the primary contact for internal business partners and subject matter experts
    • Identify and communicate issues requiring escalation\u00A0
