The Product Area Leader, Wealth Management Executive Services
Offering will be a member of the Wealth Management leadership team
within Personal Investing. This leader will be accountable for
serving executive level Workplace Investing clients with a
comprehensive, expert led offering suited to their unique needs.
The program helps our customers optimize their workplace benefits,
helps with complex equity compensation programs and builds pathways
for them into our Wealth Management services. The Product Area
Leader will define and deliver the program strategy, continuously
evolve program by seeking opportunities to better support clients
with the broader portfolio of Personal and Workplace services;
identifying and closing offering gaps and defining work for program
advancement. This leader will focus on the following:
In an agile structure, you will partner with other Fidelity leaders
to establish product area level strategic priorities based on an
understanding of customer needs and enable execution of these
priorities by the cross-functional squads aligned to your product
area. You will support these squads as they improve value delivered
through prioritization, creativity, innovation, collaboration, and
decision making and encourage them to work iteratively, innovate
through testing and experimentation, and learn from failures while
celebrating success. You are committed to developing your own
knowledge and bring the latest thinking to your role to empower
