The Product Area Leader, Wealth Management Executive Services Offering will be a member of the Wealth Management leadership team within Personal Investing. This leader will be accountable for serving executive level Workplace Investing clients with a comprehensive, expert led offering suited to their unique needs. The program helps our customers optimize their workplace benefits, helps with complex equity compensation programs and builds pathways for them into our Wealth Management services. The Product Area Leader will define and deliver the program strategy, continuously evolve program by seeking opportunities to better support clients with the broader portfolio of Personal and Workplace services; identifying and closing offering gaps and defining work for program advancement. This leader will focus on the following:

  • Lead 7 Squads/ Teams charged with meeting the needs of executive level clients while expanding and enhancing the Executive Services program
  • Build a strong strategy to integrate program into the broader suite of Wealth Management Planning and services
  • Tailor the program to address the needs of a tremendously sensitive and important population
  • Be uniquely skilled and comfortable collaborating between Workplace and Personal Investing ensuring the best possible customer outcomes
  • Have a deep understanding of the Executive Services value proposition ability to convert WI participants to lifetime PI through benefits expertise, high-touch relationships and seamless integration with wealth planning
  • Being responsible for \u201Cfilling the funnel\u201D, creating the infrastructure, and inviting engagement to build executive populations that want to meet and plan with Executive Services distribution
    In an agile structure, you will partner with other Fidelity leaders to establish product area level strategic priorities based on an understanding of customer needs and enable execution of these priorities by the cross-functional squads aligned to your product area. You will support these squads as they improve value delivered through prioritization, creativity, innovation, collaboration, and decision making and encourage them to work iteratively, innovate through testing and experimentation, and learn from failures while celebrating success. You are committed to developing your own knowledge and bring the latest thinking to your role to empower others with that knowledge.The Expertise and Skills You Bring
    • Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred
    • 15+ years business strategy, Plan Sponsor leadership experience
    • Series 24 License, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of joining
    • Excels at forming relationships and networks; influences peers, partners, and senior leaders to achieve outcomes
    • Experience leading multiple teams
    • Senior level Agile leadership experience required
    • Intellectually curious and analytically oriented, problem solve with strong attention to detail who can ask questions, and use analytics to frame problems, opportunities, and solutions
    • Proven strategic end-to-end business thinking, planning and decision-making
    • Ability to influence all levels of an organization and radiate strong executive presence. You interact and negotiate effectively with peers through both personal interactions and written communications
    • Innovative, forward-thinker who quickly understands the context, and effectively challenges the status quo and drive tough decisions
