Job Description:We are looking for a Marketing Director to join
our Product Growth and Client Development team to support the
Financial Foundations business. Financial Foundations strives to
help our clients with everyday financial concerns and provides the
tools and education in a personalized way to meet their individual
needs. The role will report to the Vice President of Product
Marketing and Client Development
The Role
This role is part of the Product Marketing organization within
Workplace Investing.\u00A0This team is responsible for the
strategic marketing and lead gen efforts for 13 products, services
& offerings including health benefits, Defined Benefits, Retirement
Income, Personalized Planning & Advice, Student Debt, Workplace
Giving, the first ever Digital Asset Account, Asset Management and
our newest an API Platform that allows us to connect to clients and
partners, seamlessly, quickly and securely. You will be part of a
team that thrives on driving growth through digital channels,
supporting one another in learning and best practices to grow the
overall Workplace Investing business.Our passion is in advancing
the growth of these products through meaningful B2B2C customer
experiences.
As the B2B Marketing Director you will focus on Financial
Foundations awareness and adoption strategies, blending product and
marketing expertise to drive the offering s value proposition and
story, and help connect that story to the overall Workplace
Investing value proposition.
You will use a continuous-learning mindset to understand the
intricacies of the Financial Foundations offering and become a
subject matter expert for positioning and promoting Financial
Foundations to internal partners and Plan Sponsor clients and
prospects. You will use outstanding storytelling capabilities to
demonstrate how Fidelity s tools and solutions can improve the
financial outcomes of employees. You will partner closely with a
wide network of internal partners to advance the Financial
Foundations experiences and growth objectives.
