Regularly offer feedback, conduct performance appraisals, and foster a culture of achievement.Collaborative Synergy: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Origination, Project Finance, Accounting, Policy, Engineering, and Installation, to ensure project schedules are maintained and aligned.CEO Communication: Provide weekly status updates to our CEO, ensuring clear and concise reporting on project development progress.Qualifications:Seasoned Expertise: Bring 10-15+ years of progressive experience in C&I solar, Community Solar, and BESS, demonstrating a successful track record of project completion on time and within budget.Educational Foundation: Possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or an equivalent field.Battery Energy Storage System (BESS): Prior experience in BESS projects is preferred, showcasing your familiarity with this innovative technology.Tech Proficiency: Knowledge of Salesforce and Procore systems is advantageous, aiding in efficient project management and communication.Interested in hearing more?
