iconic Freedom Trail. The Bell In Hand is a vibrant and bustling
establishment, conveniently accessible via various mass
transportation options. With its five distinctive bars spread
across two floors, we offer an exceptional dining and entertainment
experience. Our venue hosts weekly private parties and boasts live
music performances six nights a week, creating a lively and
engaging atmosphere. At The Bell In Hand, we prioritize exceptional
customer service, and we are seeking dedicated individuals to
uphold our establishment's esteemed
reputation.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of the
restaurant and bars, ensuring a seamless and efficient service
experience for patrons.Manage and lead a team of staff members,
fostering a positive work environment and providing guidance,
training, and support.Collaborate with the culinary team to
maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings during lunch and
dinner services.Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and
manage vendor relationships to maintain stock levels and quality
standards.Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation
protocols to ensure a clean and compliant environment.Handle
customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, striving to exceed
expectations and resolve issues promptly.Contribute to marketing
and promotional efforts to attract patrons and increase foot
traffic.---Requirements:Previous experience in restaurant and bar
management or a related field.Strong leadership and interpersonal
skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse
team.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to
handle fast-paced operations.Knowledge of food and beverage
industry trends, customer preferences, and quality
standards.Proficiency in managing inventory, budgeting, and cost
control measures.Excellent communication skills to engage with
customers, staff, and vendors.Problem-solving aptitude and the
ability to make sound decisions under pressure.Flexibility to work
