We are looking for quantitative professional to conduct research in our systematic trading and analytics products, and to create a platform that our clients can use to navigate and execute in an increasingly complex market! In this role, you will focus on evolving products in equity offering towards our integrated platform vision.The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 3+ years of proven experience in systematic trading and transaction cost analysis
  • Master s or Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or other relevant quantitative field
  • Solid understanding of US Equity market, trading algorithms and market microstructure
  • Experience with predictive modeling, data analytics, optimization and artificial intelligence
  • Research and build models, enrich data, evaluate performance and implement solutions that improve trading algorithms and smart order routers
  • Work closely with product and technology teams to create scalable platform and achieve superior performance
  • Partner with business, order flow management, trading consultants, traders, analysts and technology teams to improve product offering
  • Knowledge in Python, KDB/Q or R. Fluency in Unix and AWS.
  • Series 7 and 57The TeamOur Systematic Trading and Analytics Platform team develops trading capabilities and provides quantitative expertise to the design of next-generation brokerage products in the equity and fixed income market. We build trading infrastructure and create trading algorithms to help clients achieve the best execution.
