As a Performance Delivery (PD) Manager you will be an individual contributor delivering operating model transformation. The incumbent will have an entrepreneurial spirit while supporting significant, cross-functional projects. There will be a heavy emphasis on aligning people, process, and technology initiatives while routinely using significant judgement on sophisticated business problems requiring advanced understanding of the functional areas involved. A broad knowledge of multiple disciplines is required to proactively negotiate across functions to influence priorities, timeline, and expectations. You will regularly interact with business leaders and their teams to deploy solutions to drive impactful business value.The Expertise You Have

  • Design, redesign, and improvement (4+ years) familiarity of six sigma, lean, agile, and quality management methodologies
  • Project execution and delivery proven success autonomously leading business improvement projects
  • Analysis using detailed data sets including cost analysis, value frameworks, data analysis, critical thinking, modeling, and data flows
  • Facilitation of business requirements and partnering with technology experts on automation opportunities
  • Financial Services / Benefits Outsourcing industries experience is a plus

        Performance Delivery is a Center of Excellence responsible for the development and deployment of leading practices and solutions within Fidelity Investments Workplace Investing (WI) business unit. We partner with WI s Sales, Service, and Transaction Processing core functions and many supporting functions to deliver value across a broad portfolio of cost and revenue improvements while focusing on risk reduction, quality improvement, customer satisfaction, associate experience, and strategic enablement.
