Job Description:
Develops strategic plans to achieve revenue and profit growth by
using a consultative selling approach to the Grocery "Class of
Trade". Achieve growth on existing DFA Dairy Brands business with
senior level business executives at key customers in the Northeast
Market.-- Create sales goals to be communicated that deliver
against their KPI our collective objectives. Understands the trends
and landscapes of our industry and Implements strategies and
negotiates business terms, to secure and grow business.--
Strategically builds relationships at multiple levels, including
Senior level with the customerDevelop and execute strategic plans
to achieve sales targets. Directly responsible for key customer
relationships with Grocery accounts in a designated geographical
area.Aligns DFA Dairy Brands and customer initiatives to ensure
volume and margin growth.Develops and cultivates new profitable
customer relationships and business opportunities.Communicates to
and works with various functional teams to propose and implement
solutions to customer challenges.Increases revenue and
profitability by selling in new productsCommunicate activity sold
to customers through the sales execution teamDelivers annual
customer and channel plan for sales and gross marginResponsible for
customer compliance on terms and paymentsProvides recommendations
on RFPs/bids.Coordinates, communicates and monitors monthly price
changesProvides accurate and timely execution of administrative
dutiesHiring - training and motivating a sales team Minimum
education level is a Bachelor's degree
