About the Role
Malka has the best Client Service team in the content business, whose primary responsibility is helping our clients produce the best stories in order to grow and expand business. As the newest member of the Client Service team, Malka is seeking a best-in-class Account Director located in Boston/New England to support our content production studio services for several clients in the area.
You will be able to work with clients across every creative medium, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. You will be empowered to bring the wealth of knowledge we have across content production to the forefront to solve real business problems, small and large, on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities


  • Build impactful client relationships to deliver the best client experience for our customers in Boston, MA.
  • Up-sell and cross-sell the suite of Malka capabilities to existing and new businesses that support our customers' creative and marketing objectives and solve legitiamte business problems.
  • Support the pre-sale process and project briefing to ensure that client engagements are set up to succeed from start to finish.
  • Oversee creative RFPs and pitches to ensure internal teams are delivering on client expectations.
  • Managing creative and production budgets with clients across multiple campaigns, while remaining sensitive to resources and deadlines.
  • Ability to create and present content production capabilities and scopes to clients, both on calls and in-person, that drive revenue for the business and drive results for our client.
  • Ability to navigate larger organizations, while communicating new offerings and services.
  • Manages client relationships and sensitive topics to ensure expectations are being met.
  • Lead, develop and motivate external clients and partners, as well as internal teams.
  • Strategic thinker who thinks outside the box and brings real business solutions to any client conversation.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, and someone who is team-oriented and collaborative.

    About You

    • A minimum of eight or more years of successful account management experience within a similar industry; such as a creative and/or media agency or production company.
    • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to travel monthly throughout the U.S. (especially to Los Angeles) to visit clients and attend industry events.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • Strong understanding of creative and content production.
    • Familiarity working with large CPG and technology brands.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite and Monday.com.
