  The Change & Enablement Manager for Global HR Operations will work with BCG's HR function, digital technology experts, and the broader organization to develop & deliver an integrated enablement strategy to support ongoing implementation and adoption of Workday, a cloud based Human Capital Management system, projects supporting Global HR Operations, and ongoing change within BCG's HR operating model and shared services. You will own the end-to-end delivery of enablement and change projects from strategy to implementation, supporting adoption of current functionality and implementation of new functionality.
  
  You will be part of a growing change & enablement cadre within BCG's HR Portfolio - one of the largest & most dynamic port within BCG's Digital Products Organization. We enable technology for BCG's Recruiting, Staffing, L&D, Next Generation Ways of Working, Mobility, and Workday systems (and more!). The HR Portfolio leverages Agile ways of working, so we are looking for someone who brings an Agile mindset to how they work and who models behaviors to support the organization's transformation to Agile ways of working.
  You will be working with:
  
  • Every member of the Workday squads, for which you will actively manage their release strategy and enablement goals
  • HR functional stakeholders and internal customers across the HR landscape and other critical BCG functions
  • HR Leadership including the HR Portfolio, Technical Area Lead, and MDPs to understand firm-wide initiatives and deliver strategic outcomes
  • Other change and communications managers within BCG, to share best practices and ensure alignment between squads
  • Agile team leadership, including Agile Coaches, Product Owners, Chapter Leads, and Centers of Expertise within the HR Portfolio
  • Scrum Masters, which will coordinate release timing and prioritization within our Agile squads to support on-time delivery in conjunction with your
