• Provide inpatient case management and psychosocial assessments to adult patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and well-being
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective discharge planning
• Conduct insurance reviews and coordinate with payers to ensure optimal reimbursementRequirements
  • Masters degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in inpatient case management and adult psychiatry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
