safer, more secure world. Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD) has
an immediate need for a Program Operations Manager (POM) for our
Naval Power business in Andover, Massachusetts. This is a key role
leading an Operations Integrated Product Team to ensure successful
execution of one or more programs in the Naval Integrated Solutions
business area. Successful candidate will drive the overall
management and participation in all phases of program development
from capture and proposals thru development, execution and
close-out. Duties also include, but are not limited to: the overall
management and coordination of recurring and non-recurring
manufacturing resources to support program requirements, lead
Operations through IPDS Gate processes and developing Manufacturing
Plans, CAM responsibility up to $200M budget, while supporting EVMS
(Earned Value Management Systems) reporting requirements, Risk and
Opportunity management, primary interface across all operation
value streams, lead Operations role for implementing engineering
change orders, presenting reports to the Customer, Sr. Directors
and VP level representing his/her IPT team and operations
performance. The position may require support in five local
Raytheon facilities: Marlborough, Tewksbury, Sudbury, Portsmouth
and Andover. What You Will Do: * Managing the coordination and
execution of program schedules with Global Supply Chain Management,
Subcontracts, Engineering and other functional areas * Support
Manufacturing Operations strategy, and utilize R6S best practices *
Lead the effort to develop and implement cost reduction initiatives
for both recurring efforts and new business opportunities *
Coordinate Operations bids for new development and production
proposals * Generate production plans, make/where plans, and write
manufacturing sections of technical proposals * Ability to achieve
EVMS Level 2 Certification Qualifications You Must Have: *
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience
and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced
Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience * The
ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security
clearance is required * U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S.
citizens are eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We
Prefer: * Experience with Operations Management working in an
Integrated Product Team/Cross Business Team (IPT / CBT) environment
to ensure effective transition of programs from design to
manufacturing * EVMS experience * Lean Manufacturing and Management
experience * Excellent verbal / written communications and
interpersonal skills * Strong team building skills necessary to
lead a multi-disciplined team * Experience with new product
introductions and the design hand off to manufacturing process with
focus on manufacturability. * Experience in developing
manufacturing strategies and cost proposals * Lean, Six Sigma and
other Continuous Improvement experience * Knowledge of and
experience with IPDS (Integrated Product Development System)
processes * Understanding of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP)
with proficiency in PRISM * Proficiency in all Microsoft Office
applications * Experience dealing with suppliers and sub-contracts

DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of
the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security

for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range
provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience
levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer,
including but not limited to, the role, function and associated
responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location,
education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be
