Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Medical Director,
Pharmacovigilance in Gastrointestinal and Inflammation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee medical safety activities and processes for assigned
products, ensuring continuous assessment of safety profiles
Manage a team of Global Safety Leaders and PV Scientists, providing
strategic leadership in medical safety
Lead signal detection and risk management activities, ensuring
comprehensive safety assessment plans are in place
Required Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD) or internationally recognized equivalent,
ideally with an Advanced Degree
8+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research, or
Clinical Development within the pharmaceutical industry
Minimum of 3 years of experience in people management
Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory agency requirements regarding
drug safety
Experience in a multi-disciplinary drug development environment
with international exposure
