Are you in?Job Summary :The Account Director is responsible for managing client relationships and serving as a trusted partner. The ideal candidate has a stellar client services reputation and a passion for healthcare and digital health. They will lead client engagements, manage cross-functional teams to innovate and deliver results, and ensure client satisfaction.This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices-including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco-or remote within the US, depending on team and business needs.What you'll do :

• Develop and maintain productive client relationships to exceed expectations.
• Manage internal teams to ensure technical and operational excellence.
• Identify red flags and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.
• Escalate issues appropriately using sound judgment.
• Collaborate to streamline and innovate processes.
• Train junior staff on processes and industry landscape.
• Motivate teams through active management and career development.
• Set performance objectives and communicate expectations.
• Manage client budgets and internal resources to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Understand and communicate client expectations internally.
• Maintain effective communication with clients.
• Contribute to financial management and revenue targets.
• Participate in strategic planning and business analysis.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
• Create drafts of decks, strategies, and POVs for review.

    • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience (6-8+ years).
    • Healthcare PR experience; integrated experience preferred.
    • Understanding of the digital landscape.
    • Exceptional project management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and writing.
    • Data communication skills.
    • Ability to explain complex technical concepts.
    • Proven client relationship development skills.
