Job Description:

Innovative is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Cloud to successfully manage projects within a subset of Innovative's major AWS account base. The ideal candidate has a blend of project management experience, technical acumen, customer management skills, and enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct technical team members to meet established milestones.
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams for resource alignment and just-in-time resourcing.
  
• Organize, execute, and deliver projects such as Cloud Migrations, Application Modernization, Development, and AI/ML initiatives.
  
• Communicate project status regularly to internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
  
• Collaborate internally to define scope, goals, manage risks, and ensure quality.
  
• Manage multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  
• Manage customer relationships and gather feedback on deliverables.
  
• Exceed customer expectations through proactive communication and high ROI.

  Required Experience:
  
  
• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years managing projects in the tech industry.

• Proven success in delivering high-quality services and customer experiences.
  
• Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external customers.
  
• Ability to obtain AWS Cloud Practitioner certification upon hire (required), with a preference for AWS Solutions Architect Associate.
  
  Preferred Experience:
  
  
• 1+ years in Public Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  
• Experience working with software developers, cloud engineers, or DevOps teams.
  
• Understanding of development processes, languages, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Python, Terraform).
  
• Experience delivering cloud-based solutions successfully.
  
• Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
