Job Description:
Innovative is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Cloud to
successfully manage projects within a subset of Innovative's major
AWS account base. The ideal candidate has a blend of project
management experience, technical acumen, customer management
skills, and enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct technical team members to meet established
milestones.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for resource alignment and
just-in-time resourcing.
- Organize, execute, and deliver projects such as Cloud
Migrations, Application Modernization, Development, and AI/ML
initiatives.
- Communicate project status regularly to internal and external
stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and
timeline.
- Collaborate internally to define scope, goals, manage risks,
and ensure quality.
- Manage multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and
deliverables.
- Manage customer relationships and gather feedback on
deliverables.
- Exceed customer expectations through proactive communication
and high ROI.

Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years managing projects in the tech
industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Proven success in delivering high-quality services and customer
experiences.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and
external customers.
- Ability to obtain AWS Cloud Practitioner certification upon
hire (required), with a preference for AWS Solutions Architect
Associate.
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ years in Public Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure,
GCP).
- Experience working with software developers, cloud engineers,
or DevOps teams.
- Understanding of development processes, languages, and
infrastructure as code (e.g., Python, Terraform).
- Experience delivering cloud-based solutions
successfully.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and
external stakeholders.
