This role is critical in ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, optimizing supply chain processes, and driving operational efficiency across teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, supply chain management, and licensing compliance.MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Licensing Compliance:
    Ensure all licensed products adhere to contractual obligations, intellectual property rights, and regulatory standards.
  • Inventory Management:
    Monitor and manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate product ordering and shipping.
  • Vendor & Supplier Coordination:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Process Optimization:
    Spot inefficiencies and implement smarter, faster, better ways of working.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Analyze sales data, product performance, and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Prepare regular reports on operations, compliance, and performance metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal teams including product management, sales, marketing, and finance to support product launches and ongoing operations.
  • Problem Solving:
    Proactively address and resolve operational issues to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
    • 3-5+ years of experience in business operations, supply chain, or licensing, preferably in a consumer products or entertainment environment
    • Strong understanding of licensing agreements and IP compliance
    • Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management tools (VibeIQ, FlexPLM highly preferred)
    • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proven problem-solving and project management capabilities
    • Business acumen and financial literacy
