owners and subcontractors after traumatic events such as fires or
floods to restore both residential and commercial properties. Youll
manage renovation projects, control budgets, and ensure effective
communication. The role involves spending significant time in the

(Requirements) Ability to lead and develop a team Strong emphasis
on learning and continuing education Excellent planning and
organizational skills Strong communication and presentation skills
Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience Valid Driver's
License Construction project management experience is welcomed if
youre willing to learn a new process. If you meet all
qualifications but have limited experience, we will invest in your
training. Role on the Team (Job Functions) Meet operational
objectives in Sales, Gross Margin, and Brand Experience. Track
metrics during bi-weekly GS&R. Write estimates using Xactimate.
Confirm budgets and work orders before starting projects. Ensure
compliance with industry standards and regulations. Participate in
local community events. Build relationships with key customers
direct and B2B. Seek partnerships to improve performance with
