Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Executive Recruiter to join our team. This role requires a passion for building relationships, an eye for talent, and a commitment to providing unparalleled service to our clients. As an Executive Recruiter at Landing Point, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier professionals within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a network of industry professionals to ensure a continuous pipeline of talent. Client Engagement, dependent upon incoming level: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Provide personalized and thoughtful service, ensuring clients feel valued and understood. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies. Search Execution: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to candidate placement. Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed and insightful candidate profiles. Coordinate and facilitate interviews, providing feedback and managing expectations throughout the process. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Provide clients with up-to-date information and advice on market developments. Leverage market insights to enhance search strategies and deliver superior results. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, support each other's searches, and achieve team goals. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience in executive search, recruitment, or a related field within the financial services industry. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
