The VP of Digital Product will lead product development, develop a roadmap and own the FI Revenue for America, which include Merchant Acquiring, Merchants, Issuers, Financial Institutions, The role will also need to consider the development of strategic partnerships with other eco-system players able to facilitate and enable sales of IDEMIA solutions into the segment. The VP of Digital will also be the lead for FI for the North American Task Force The role resides within North America FI and will work with subject matter experts in multiple domains, as well as with local executive management, sales and account teams, and other Business Units to develop, sell, and close Digital opportunities in the North American market. The role has a specific focus on the development of opportunities, and new propositions, in the Digital ID space so extensive experience in this market will be essential for the successful candidate. The role will include the following key undertakings: Grow revenue and assist in the development and closure of sales based on the IDEMIA digital stack to the NORAM FI market covering both existing IDEMIA customers, as well as securing new customer logos. Will be responsible for product roadmap and delivery of product as well as revenue targets. Lead the FI Business Unit on the NORAM Digital ID taskforce – owning and developing the FI agenda with respect to outputs and activities of the Digital ID taskforce, and ensuring that it effectively helps to build, and close, new Digital ID deals based on leveraging the wider IDEMIA portfolio of Digital ID products and capabilities. This will require collaborative working with other stakeholders on the ID taskforce and will incorporate both proposition development as well as sales execution responsibilities. Development, ownership and execution of a Digital product, sales plan and strategy developed in conjunction with the existing FI sales management team in North America Delivery of quarterly order intake and revenue targets based on the Digital stack. Leverage the various existing digital subject matter experts ( in pre-sales, labs, and product management) to achieve sales based KPI’s. Evangelize new concepts based on Digital ID and establish beach-head deals for them in the North American FI and Retail market. Speak at various Digital engagements throughout the year. Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, Finance or technical field is required. MBA is preferred Experienced software and solutions product profile with at least 15 years experiencing of product management, understanding of biometrics & digital ID products, and complex software solutions into the FI market place. Capable of strategic vision in order to input to product, proposition, and go to market plans working across multiple stakeholder groups to deliver that. Track-record of creating products, developing and closing business around Digital Identity solutions into the North American Financial Institutions, Retailers, and related industries. Existing network of senior contacts within NORAM financial institutions. Strong product and revenue ownership DNA capable of independently developing products and supporting closing business against quarterly targets. Demonstrable track-record of developing new products and closing large value software deals in excess of 1M USD. Experience and comfortable operating at a strategic senior level within customers. Collaborative mindset capable of working with account managers within FI BU, and stakeholders from other business units to develop new opportunities and new market propositions. Technically competent, capable of engaging with both commercial and technical stakeholders within customer prospects and able to articulate and understand solutions at a technical level. Used to negotiating and closing complex solution-centric contracts.
