Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Business
Administration, Management, Finance, or a closely related field and
five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years
of experience in the strategic planning and project management of
consumer electronic product go-to-market initiatives.
Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a
closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job
offered or three (3) years of experience in the strategic planning
and project management of consumer electronic product go-to-market
Skills and Knowledge:
Candidate must also possess:
Demonstrated Expertise (DE) implementing organizational
transformation and growth initiatives -- driving morale of
organizations comprised of personnel from diverse locations,
organizing reoccurring product go-to-market seminars and workshops,
launching programs to instill corporate culture and values across
an organization, and managing end-to-end logistical and operational
DE in strategy development -- performing industry analysis,
product/service evaluation, opportunity identification, operational
improvement, and business case development.
DE implementing customer success initiatives -- developing and
delivering materials for customer presentations, developing
materials and conducting trainings to a customer-facing workforce,
building digital platforms to facilitate robust information sharing
between business functions, and enabling successful communications
with end customers.
DE in vendor management -- working with external agencies and
contractors to drive success in short-term business programs --
using SAP budget and resource planning tool; and collaborating with
legal and compliance departments to finalize and execute vendor
