Job Description:
Identifies core and common servicing capabilities and customer
journeys across the enterprise, using Java, Amazon Web Services
(AWS), Rest API's, and Agile project methodologies. Provides
business case and value-oriented solutions using Artificial
Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Science, Java,
Angular, and API Platform Integration. Enables the end-to-end
adoption of digital first service models to implement a seamless
digital experience across channels and platforms. Evaluates the
adoption of servicing activities -- withdrawing money, password
resets, beneficiary, trading, account opening, bill pay, cash
management, check writing, money transfer, and AI powered internal
and external digital capabilities -- across the enterprise. Primary Responsibilities: Creates alignment between organizational strategy and digital
implementation to prioritize initiatives critical to organizational
objectives. Evaluates discretionary and non-discretionary technology
projects. Draws parallels between initiatives and identifies strategic
areas to devise solutions allowing business units to achieve scale
and greater speed to market. Identifies and defines preferred digital paths for customer
journeys by defining digital strategy, using backend technology
applications and systems across channels (branches, phones, and
Web). Identifies dependencies between internal and external
applications to align customer journeys across channels and keep
them consistent. Builds integration and alignment for digital transformation
across the enterprise by identifying policy and procedure
requirements and their impact on customer journeys. Identifies the preferred digital path for a given
transaction. Partners with technology teams to drive initiatives allowing
customers and associates to adopt their preferred digital path. Reduces dependency on call centers and branches for general
maintenance needs. Identifies methods to increase customer ability to self-service
through digital channels. Sets and manages technology vision and strategies for customer
experience digitization. Predicts and measures outcome and consequences of design. Oversees the technical implementation of cross-divisional
components. Initiates and drives project or strategy discussions with users
or external groups to resolve issues. Sets vision, goals, and direction of team/organization. Plans and leads organization-wide initiatives. Provides leadership, technical supervision, and expertise to
multiple teams in broad technical areas on complex
organization-wide projects. Draws on in-depth knowledge of the business or function to
provide business unit-wide solutions. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,
Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and six (6) years
of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of experience
performing systems analysis and quality assurance of transaction
processing Web applications within a mutual fund, trading, or
shareholder environment. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely
related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered
or four (4) years of experience performing systems analysis and
quality assurance of transaction processing Web applications within
a mutual fund, trading, or shareholder environment. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) developing and managing digital
products, business functions -- analyzing cash management product
ecosystem (cash, cards, bill pay, money movement, peer-to-peer
payments, retirement income, and 529 college savings) -- customer
journeys and personas, and key business drivers and KPIs across
technology, business, and operations groups in a financial services
and banking environment; and identifying dependencies and synergies
between external and internal applications and their impact on
customer journeys to fuel business growth and scale, using Java and
iOS based Web application infrastructure. DE building the vision, strategy, and roadmap of omni-channel
customer facing digital products according to Agile methodologies,
using Microsoft Office, Aha!, ProductPlan, and MURAL; identifying
data strategies and leading an interdisciplinary team to build and
launch multi-channel (mobile and Web) enabled experiences across
technology stacks -- mobile, Web, and platform level products or
services -- using AI technologies, REST API services, and scalable
platforms; and taking retail products to market and driving client
adoption, using REST (Postman), XML (SOAP UI), Java Script, JSON,
Python, Angular, and Scala. DE performing business and systems analysis, and developing
middleware applications, using REST APIs, SQL, XML, and JSON; and
participating in the full Software (SDLC) and product development
lifecycle, using XP and Scrum methodologies, Java, Angular, JSON,
REST APIs, SQL, and XML in an Agile environment. DE analyzing and translating customer data and insights into
product specific opportunities -- strategically prioritizing
enhancements that benefit customers and the business; and
performing user interface design to create wireframes, mockups, and
prototypes to assist with usability testing and final design
solutions, using Tableau, QlikSense, Microsoft Powerpoint, and
