Job Description:
Position Description: Analyzes datasets from enterprise sources -- data warehouses,
system records, and Salesforce CRM -- for business investigations
and findings. Designs and implements end-to-end(E2E) software
solutions for business operations. Partners with teams in a cross
functional environment, using .Net Technology stack, SQL Server
Database, Oracle Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence (BI) Tools,
Salesforce CRM, and Internal C2C Cloud Technology. Provides support
in Continuous Integration (CI), testing, and deployment of
solutions. Primary Responsibilities: Automates complex manual business processes and executes time
sensitive jobs. Consults with management to ensure agreement on system
principles. Mentors junior team members. Performs independent and complex analysis for multiple projects
supporting several initiatives. Establishes full project life cycle plans for complex
projects. Responsible for meeting project goals on time and on budget. Act as a senior team member -- implements software solutions for
business processes and provides critical support for Web,Windows,
console, and database applications. Designs Minimum Viable Products (MVP) to test new business
concepts. Designs and implements optimized relational data models to host
operational datasets that are retrieved for Web applications,
tools, dashboards, and reports. Consolidates operational tasks and performs system/application
updates to address large business changes occurring across the
business. Identifies operational gaps and implements bridge solutions to
continue functioning of business processes. Develops and deploys Web applications for business processes.
Performs database operations and interfaces with enterprise-based
systems. Executes complex business rules and algorithms, sends
notifications, and executes complex approval processes. Performs analytics, extract transform and load (ETL) operations,
and produces findings on ad-hoc requests made by business partners
and senior leadership. Partners with technology teams to consume data feeds required
for business operations according to Service Level Agreements
(SLAs). Plans and executes release cycles for software solutions.
Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects --
system/database upgrades, data migration, and business rule engine
changes on enterprise-based platform. Provides technical feedbacks on upgrading current infrastructure
and technology stack. Performs optimization of database systems, upgrades development
frameworks and assemblies, and re-hydrates Cloud based virtual
machines to keep existing infrastructure up to date and avoid
products end of lifecycle deadlines. Maintains and updates technical design documents, process
documents and procedures for all applications, tools and technology
infrastructure owned by operations teams. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,
Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five (5) years
of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience
performing business analysis and software development using .NET
Technology. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely
related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered
or three (3) years of experience performing business analysis and
software development using .NET Technology. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) in data modeling, migration, and ETL
operations, using SQL Server, Oracle, and Business Intelligence
Tools -- SSIS, .Net Console Apps, and ODP.Net -- within an
enterprise level database environment. DE gathering requirements, designing workflows, developing
prototypes/wireframes, and implementing pilots for building Minimum
Viable Products (MVPs), using Excel, Visio, and .Net; and
performing functional and technical acceptance testing on
Salesforce CRM Platform within a collaborative cross functional
lead and book management team responsible for supporting personnel
in a regional phone and investment center -- Financial Advisors and
Brokerage Representatives -- using Workbench, Dataloader, and
Salesforce Console. DE developing efficient and scalable multi-tiered Web
applications on .Net Framework 4.0+ platforms, using C#, VB.Net,
ADO.Net, Telerik DevCraft, ASP.Net, AJAX, JSON and client-side
technologies -- JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS; and integrating
Web application workloads with Cloud-based applications -- JIRA --
REST APIs within an IIS Server 10.0 hosting environment. DE developing tools and processes requiring File I/O operations,
notifications features, and advanced data sampling/reporting
features -- writing algorithms for business logic and converting
them into actionable business processes (using .Net Objects) and
performing data transfer for enterprise-based business processes
(using SFT Protocols and Bitvise SSH Server) -- within a secured
