Job Description:
Duties: Assists with the development of the vision, strategy,
and business plans for multiple projects related to Online Account Opening.
Serves as the Online Account Opening product manager to lead the execution
of digital sales conversion strategy. Primary Responsibilities: • Makes strategic recommendations on optimization and
analytics related to Online Account Opening performance. • Leads Account Opening scorecard publication and analysis
of insights. • Identifies innovative opportunities to enhance customer
experience and optimize more qualified leads into the Account Opening
experience. • Reviews operational aspects of the projects, including
deliverables prepared by team and budget. • Project manages the delivery of Online Account Opening
projects and enhancements on Fidelity.com. • Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Monitors and reports on progress and escalate issues that
may impact delivery dates. • Coordinates the implementation of multiple projects in
partnership with product and technology teams. • Develops next generation end-to-end journey mapping. • Reviews project evaluations and assessments of results. • Facilitates online programs to ensure best-in-class
experiences, including redesigning sections of the website, improving
customer experience, increasing sales effectiveness of the web channel,
coordinating integration with broader technology and digital initiatives, and
launching new products. • Defines and manages a customer, prospect, and
representative testing strategy to provide direction and validation of
changes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology,
Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five (5)
years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience in
business analysis and project management within an asset management or
risk technology environment; or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or
foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering,
Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a
closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or
three (3) years of experience in business analysis and project management
within an asset management or risk technology environment. Candidate must
also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) in process modeling using
UML (use cases, sequence diagrams, and activity diagrams) and
traceability metrics mapping; DE performing large/complex data analysis (customer
throughput analysis, pathway analysis, and scorecard metrics analysis) and
creating data analysis reports using SQL Server Reporting Services,
Tealeaf, or Adobe SiteCatalyst; DE project managing technology and complex
data analysis reporting projects within an asset management
environment; and DE creating logic and queries to support reporting and automated
data push and pull processes within an asset management reporting
