PSYCHIATRY OPPORTUNITIES IN METRO/SUBURBAN BOSTON, MA!! 1) Full time Psychiatrist for our Suburban Boston unit program, an 18-bed High Intensity Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. The ideal candidate will be BC/BE in Psychiatry with an interest in Leadership and high risk behavior cases. The Unit Physicians and staff cares for male, female and transgender patients 18 years of age and older who are in need of targeted, specifically designed treatment. Competitive compensation plans plus full benefits packages that cover Malpractice, Health insurance, matching 401k, PTO, CME and because we are a publicly traded company, stock purchase plan. No call but if Physician takes in call schedule it is paid extra on top of salary. Salary is a negotiated figure based on the candidate training, credentials, scope of work and past experiences. 2) Inpatient work with no mandatory Call. Fulltime employed staff position.
