ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Lead on-site training for new and existing clients of our medical
imaging products. This position requires upwards of 75% travel,
both domestic and international which may include some
weekends.
This role is open at a national level and the ideal candidate will
have convenient access to any major airport within the United
States
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other
duties may be assigned
Clinical Training
- Setup and coordinate installations using the Account Management
Process
- Support New Installations (OR/ICU/Pediatrics/Multi-Use)
- Software re-training related to upgrade requests
- Site Revisits to Address Customer Training Needs
- Online or Remote Training
- NeuroLogica Institute Training
- Educate Customers to establish safe and efficient protocol
- Evaluate and issue CEU credit with proper verification
testing
Sales & Marketing Support
- Support selected sales demonstrations and potential customer
sites
- Give clinical presentations and provide support at trade
shows
- Collect photos and videos of trainings whenever possible in
compliance with hospital guidelines
Training Materials
- Constantly update content/materials or give feedback for
improvements
- Develop new training tools based on your experience as
necessary
Reporting & Administration
- Produce Clinical Applications Reports (Both daily and weekly
summary reports)
- Site Follow-up calls as necessary
- Sending all site surveys and training documentation into
headquarters
- Maintain the Shared Clinical Training Calendar with updated
schedule
- Responsible for booking travel and filing expense reports in a
timely manner
- Collecting DICOM and Corrected Data from sites in compliance
with hospital guidelines
Customer Site Support
- Customer call response
- Clinical 24/7 helpline support as needed
- Basic on-site service troubleshooting>
Conduct & Personal Development
- Represent NeuroLogica in a professional manner
- Maintain a positive attitude and exhibit patience with customer
concerns or requests
- Attend/complete all required training
- Learn the company's products as well as the competitor's
products to better promote the company's product line
- Manage time effectively; prioritize and make good business
judgments and decisions in relationship to efficiency,
effectiveness
- Required to wear dosimeter when in direct contact with
radiation emitting devices
- Follow all company policies regarding travel, expenses,
meetings, and meals
- Transport company equipment per company policy
Education & Experience
- BA/BS, ARRT licensure or CT certification, and at least 4 years
of experience in a clinical environment required, experience as an
OR Rad Tech or providing CT support in a surgical/OR environment,
especially during DBS, CTA, and CTP preferred
- Willing to travel internationally and overnight
- Valid driving license and satisfactory driving record is
mandatory and background and drug testing (pre and post-employment)
is required
- Budget, expense, and resource management experience
required
- Must be a results oriented, team player, people person
- Must be self-driven to optimize performance without the need
for extensive supervision
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
and work effectively in a demanding, fast paced environment
- Must have and exhibit excellent presentation skills in small
and large groups situations

Computer & Analytic Skills
- Must be excellent with technology, able to present using a
laptop and able demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome
- Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data,
reimbursement, and managed care policies and procedures is highly
desirable
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift
and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more
than 100 pounds
- Often required to Push/pull weights of over 100 pounds when
setting up/dismantling trade shows and/or maneuvering Company
equipment into place for display
- Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger,
handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance;
stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
- Must be able to sit and/or drive for long periods of time when
travelling
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8-15 hours) for
multiple days
- Regularly exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather);
fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outdoor
weather conditions; extreme cold (non-weather) and extreme heat
(non-weather).
- Interaction with x-ray devices; for this reason strict safety
and tracking programs are in place, requiring the utilization of
dose monitoring equipment either full time or as necessitated by
situation
- The noise level in the work environment is occasionally very
loud.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close
vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and
Ability to adjust focus
