Clinical Supervisor of Adolescent Residential Services FT - Dedham, MA Job Summary The Clinical Supervisor of Adolescent Residential Services provides direct patient care under the supervision of the AVP of Clinical Services. This position includes administrative and clinical responsibilities. Hours/Shift: Full Time Responsibilities Include::

• Work collaboratively with the AVP to ensure effective and efficient clinical programming for the ADOL Residential Program
• Provide consistent and on-going clinical supervision for Master Level staff and interns
• Work with the AVP, Clinical Director and Residential supervisor to maintain, enhance and grow the ADOL clinical group schedule
• Work collaboratively with the AVP to triage daily administrative issues that come up including crisis management and clinical needs
• Carry 1-2 cases
• Facilitate weekly Family therapy for ADOL program clients
• Facilitate a group weekly
• Provide training of evidence based treatment within Walden programming
• Able to run Staff meeting and Group Supervision
• Follow through with assigned tasks from AVP and meet deadlines
• Promote patient care consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Walden Behavioral Care Qualifications:: Education:
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical experience with a psychiatric, mental health and/or eating disorder population; 24/7 level of care strongly preferred
  • Clinical supervisory and/or leadership experience
  • Experience with psychosocial treatment strategies, knowledge of eating disorders, age specific growth and development, limit setting, crisis and behavioral management.
  • Previous experience working with commercial insurance carriers including managed care Licensure/Certification:
    • Ph.D., Psy.D. LICSW, LMHC, LMFT required Knowledge:
      • Must possess knowledge of psychiatric group process, therapeutic relationships processes, family therapy skills, age specific growth and development, limit setting and behavior management, crisis management with aggressive behaviors. Required competencies:
