$5,000 Bonus:$2,500 after 3 months $2,500 after 6 monthsNurse - MAP Administrator - Training

• Provides for ongoing Medication Administration Program (MAP) training that prepares employees for MAP certification exam and medication related work duties.
• Provides re-certification classes and evaluation for staff Schedules MAP tests and maintain test database.
• Provides individual MAP tutoring.
• Tracks staff certification status, and maintain certification database and Bay Net list.
• Provides on-call for housing sites regarding MAP operations on a rotational basis.
• Performs site assessments of MAP operations and directs staff in needed follow up activities to fulfill requisite MAP activities.
• Maintains MAP licenses for all housing sites; assists house staff in preparing for MAP, licensing, and accreditation inspections.
• Works with DMH, DPH, and American Red Cross to fulfill all MAP requirements.
• Provides CORE trainings for staff on health related topics such as health advocacy, OSHA, and universal precautions; trains medication officers for all housing sites.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
• Massachusetts Licensed Registered Nurse
• Two years nursing experience.
• Experience in residential services preferred.
• Ability to travel to community programs.
