Job Description:
(Physician/MD qualifications required) Skilled Nursing Facility
physicians needed to join this well-established geriatric extended
care team to provide both post-acute care and long term care.
Physician candidates must be BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family
Medicine. Specialty board certification or experience in Hospice,
Palliative Care, or Geriatrics is a plus. This is a 100% outpatient
position with a collaborative team of physicians and nurse
practitioners (NPs) which allows for a flexible work schedule. If
