RCS is looking for ABA Behavior Therapists to join us in providing the highest quality of individualized, educational services to students 3 - 22 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities.Benefits:

  • Enjoy working with children
  • Have a Bachelor's Degree, candidates with high school diplomas and Associate's will be considered

  • Experience working as a babysitter, nanny, paraprofessional, tutor, camp counselor, or coach
  • Be able to submit a transcript

    • Implementing acquisition and behavior programs
    • Data collection
    • Graphing
    • Working collaboratively with other specialists (OT, SLP) and familiesThe hours are Monday - Friday within our Learning Center in Natick, MA.
