Job Description:
Earn an hourly wage as high as $37 an hour as a Certified
Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Brighton, MA area, where a flexible
schedule means you have complete control over when you work. At
IntelyCare you can pick the shifts you want to work at any of our
partner facilities and take time off as you need it - without
having to get approval. As a W2 employer, we also offer the
stability and benefits you won't get in a 1099 position.
Why is IntelyCare so different than other companies you worked for?
It's because we were founded by nurses who experienced the same
inflexible and erratic schedules you do. They had to work mandatory
overtime and were losing their life-work balance. They wanted
something better for their colleagues - and built a company
dedicated to supporting its nurses at every level.
Imagine taking a holiday off without negotiating with a scheduler
or having to swap shifts. With this freedom, you could visit
Chestnut Hill Reservoir, tour the Waterworks Museum next door, and
walk on the Boston College campus on any day of your choosing. Or
you could free up any week you like for that long-awaited getaway.
Join our team and you can finally have a job that supports your
life (not the other way around). Here are even more reasons to
consider joining our team
