Job Description:

Our client, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join their rapidly growing team at a home health care organization dedicated to providing quality care to their patients.*Job Title:* Clinical Supervisor*Salary:* $140,000-$160,000 (includes a $5,000 bonus paid in two installments)*Location:* Brighton, MA*Schedule:* 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday (with possible weekend work)*Transportation:* Parking available or accessible via the Green Line*Duration:* Direct Hire!*Responsibilities:** Manage a team of Clinicians, Coordinators, and administrative staff.* Develop clinical policies and procedures.* Ensure high-quality patient care by guiding and overseeing clinicians.* Conduct home visits for mentorship, training, and performance evaluation.* Maintain patient oversight, recertifications, and discharges.* Monitor staff compliance with company policies.* Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.* Handle Medicare referrals, insurance checks, and prior authorizations.* Assign referrals and coordinate initial visits.* Ensure compliance with CoP/Regulations and interpretive guidelines.* Collaborate with the QI Director for quality services.* Review and complete OASIS documentation.* Provide leadership and support to staff.* Delegate and enforce duties.* Manage payroll and employee appraisals.* Conduct orientation, training, and respond to staff inquiries.* Collaborate with HR for recruitment and disciplinary matters.* Ensure equipment availability and functionality.* Provide on-call coverage and liaise with hospitals.* Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and perform other duties as assigned.*Qualifications:** Licensed Clinician in Massachusetts (RN, LPN, Dr.)* Experience working in a home health setting required.* Bachelor's degree preferred.* Proficiency in OASIS* Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare home health care regulations.* Previous relevant experience._Hire Partnership is an equal opportunity employer.
