If you're ready to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!*What You'll Love About This Role:** *Diverse Responsibilities:* Engage in a mix of direct patient care and administrative duties.* *Professional Growth:* Participate in continuing education and in-service programs to expand your knowledge and skills.* *Collaborative Environment:* Work closely with providers and other healthcare professionals in a supportive setting.*Location: *Mattapan, MA*Salary:* $50-55/hour*Hours:* Monday-Friday, Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm, Friday: 8:30am-5:15pm*Duration*: Temporary, 3+ months*Responsibilities:** Measure and record vital signs, height, weight, BMI, allergies, medications, and reasons for visits.* Administer medications orally or by injection* Collect specimens for laboratory tests* Assess patients by phone or in person to determine urgency and necessary care, making appropriate referrals.* Assist providers with procedures such as suctioning, I&D, IUD insertion, endometrial biopsy, straight catheterization, colposcopy, and suturing.* Record all care provided in the patients medical record and ensure proper completion of billing forms*Qualifications:** Active Registered Nurse License in Massachusetts required* Previous experience in a clinical setting required* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment_Hire Partnership is an equal opportunity employer.
