• Manage all aspects of the nursing process and deliver patient and family-centered care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
  • ED experience preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Valid/current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • BLS required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
