Job SummaryMass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Beverly, Massachusetts. As a key member of our Direct Observation Unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative and dynamic healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a Med/Surg acute care setting.
  • Telemetry experience preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • BLS required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
