Job SummaryMass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac PCU team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and preferences.
• Oversee and mentor other team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, applying evidence-based knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.Requirements
  • Current MA RN license required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years nursing experience, preferably in a cardiac or progressive care setting.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
