Description:Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is a

an energetic Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our
amazing TEAM of clinicians that serves the Winchester residential
area of Massachusetts. This Per Diem position offers a rate of
$37-$40/visit. If you're interested in growing your career while

for you. Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Responsibilities
(Including but not limited to):Providing occupational therapy
treatments to individuals in their homesMonitoring patients'
progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary under the
supervision of a Registered TherapistEducating patients and
families on how to perform exercises and activitiesMaintaining

Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.Minimum of 1-year experience as an
Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)Ability to work independently
and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and
medical professionalsExcellent communication and interpersonal
skillsMust possess strong organizational skills and attention to
detailAbility to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer,
including electronic medical records (EMR) systemsThis role
requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the
ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a commitment
