Job Title: Emergency Department NurseMass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Emergency Department Nurse to join our team in Brighton, MA.Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with board-certified emergency physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to patients of all ages.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.Requirements:
  • BSN required.
  • Massachusetts Registered Nurse License required.
  • BLS required.
  • Must obtain ACLS prior to end of orientation and may not practice independently without ACLS.
  • PALS preferred.
  • Newly licensed nurse must obtain ACLS and PALS within first six (6) months of employment.
  • ED experience strongly preferred.
  • 2 years' telemetry experience preferred.
