Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.Responsibilities

• Provide competent and compassionate care to patients with acute coronary syndromes, arrhythmias, heart failure, and other vascular diagnoses.
• Collaborate with the primary physician, APPs, and other members of the patient care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care.
• Provide leadership through activities such as preceptor role, informal and formal leadership roles, and quality improvement efforts.
• Participate in the development and implementation of unit-based quality improvement initiatives.Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a staff nurse in an acute care hospital, preferably in a cardiac or cardiovascular setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
