Job Title: Registered Nurse - CVICUMass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) team at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA.Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our CVICU. The ideal candidate will have current Cardiac Surgery ICU experience and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the CVICU
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safetyRequirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
  • Current Cardiac Surgery ICU experience preferred
