Job SummaryMass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg team in Belmont, Massachusetts.This is an ongoing opportunity to work 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour night shift schedule.As a Registered Nurse at Mass General Brigham, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making.
• Contribute to a culture of professionalism, respect, and empathy within the healthcare team.Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
