Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Navigator - Certified
Biller.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and vet medical claims from HCPs or patients against
program-specific business rules to determine payment
eligibility
Provide support for customer requests through various communication
channels
Identify operational challenges and suggest recommendations to
management as needed
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in claim processing is required
Active Medical Billing Certification or willingness to obtain
certification
Medical Billing experience is required; infusion or hospital
billing experience is preferred
Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and HIPAA
trained
