Job Description:
Join a diverse, collaborative healthcare team as a Part-time RN
ICU Float, providing critical care across day and night shifts.
Care for patients with conditions like heart attacks, trauma,
shock, and surgical needs, ensuring safety and quality.
Perform assessments, develop care plans, manage equipment, and
communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
Require RN licensure in Minnesota, BLS/ACLS, with preferred
critical care experience, BSN, and certifications like PALS and
CCRN.
Demonstrate strong critical thinking, organization, and teamwork
skills in a fast-paced environment.
