Job Description Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in New London, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/07/2025 - Duration: 6 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Emergency Department RN – New London Hospital (New London, NH) Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Start Date: August 4 Assignment Length: 6 weeks Guaranteed Hours: Yes Contract Weeks: 6 (42 days) On Call: None Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend & holidays required Orientation: 0 hours (non-billable) OT/Holiday Rate Multipliers: 1.25x Facility Overview - New London Hospital Emergency Department - Staffed 24/7 with physicians, nurses, and ambulance personnel trained in emergency care - Location: Upper level of hospital - Department layout: - 3-bed trauma room - 5 private exam rooms - EMR: EPIC (Required) - Patient Population: All ages Job Responsibilities & Expectations - Ability to think critically and prioritize quickly in high-pressure situations - Flexibility to restructure workload on the fly - Take health history and perform accurate physical assessments - Strong critical thinking and fast decision-making skills - Clear and effective communication is essential - Handle unplanned and possibly combative situations from patients/families - Key attributes: compassion, humor, organization, teamwork Submission Requirements - Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) experience – Required - Critical Access Facility experience – Required - EPIC EMR experience – Required (Non-Negotiable) - Travel experience – Preferred - BSN – Preferred - All certifications must be uploaded at time of submission – No pending certs - Perm address must be included in the profile - RTO (Requested Time Off) must be included at submission – max 5 days; no late RTOs approved - BLOCK scheduling will NOT be approved - Traveler must have own vehicle Required Certifications (must be AHA): - BLS - ACLS - PALS - TNCC About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
