Job Description:
Life Changes Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is
seeking a Licensed Clinical Testing Psychologist to join our team
in Newton Center, MA. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care
team, you’ll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare
better for everyone. As a Testing Psychologist, you will work with
a wide variety of clients serving the needs of our diverse patient
population. You will quickly build rapport with patients and
coordinate care with internal and external providers by forming
excellent provider-patient alliances. The Testing Psychologist
position is in an outpatient clinical setting where you will
interact directly with patients. Primary Responsibilities: -
Conduct clinical interviews - Complete standardized psychological
assessments - Interpret results of testing, formulate diagnostic
impressions, and write detailed psychological reports - Provide
feedback to clients and referral professionals on results -
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and
clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory

Required Qualifications: - Active and unrestricted (PhD, PsyD)
license in the state of Massachusetts - 1 years of experience
performing testing on children, adolescents and adults - Currently
eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program or
able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior to starting a new
position Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with adults,
adolescents and children - Experience working with computers for
professional communication and medical documentation - Excel,
Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) - Knowledge and experience in
providing psychological testing - Proven comfortable working with a
wide range of clinical presentations - Proven comfortable
completing diagnostic assessments and general psychological testing

$89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We
