Hospice Registered Nurse • Days Seeking a compassionate RN for
hospice admissions in Boston, MA. Ideal for those with a strong
home health background. Responsibilities: • Conduct patient
admissions and deliver compassionate hospice care. • Complete
same•day documentation using HCHB • Manage 20•25 cases weekly,
achieving 26•28 productivity points. • Work 4 x 10•hour shifts with
schedule flexibility. - No Weekends • Attend weekly in•person
office meetings. Qualifications: • Active RN License with 2 years
of hospice experience. • Proficient in HCHB • BLS certification
required. • Strong independent work and time management skills.
Details: • No on•call or overtime. • Mileage reimbursement. •
Flexible scrub color. • 2•3 days of orientation and team
