Join our team! The Academic Division of General Internal
Medicine at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center seeks a passionate
Acute Care MD. About the Role: Unique Urgent Care Setting: Practice
in an academic primary care-based urgent care center. Complex
Patient Care: Treat medically complex patients with new complaints
and chronic disease exacerbations. Quaternary Hospital Resources:
Access EPIC EMR, subspecialty consults, real-time labs, and
advanced imaging. Team Collaboration: Work with 37 physicians and
17 Advanced Practice Providers. Shift-Based Schedule: Enjoy
coverage on days off. CME & Education: Attend weekly Grand Rounds
with CME and opportunities for medical student/resident education.
Work-Life Balance: No night call, max 1 weekend/month. No Primary
Care Responsibility Requirements: Board Certified/Eligible in
Internal or Family Medicine. MA Licensure (or eligibility).
Experience with Advanced Practice Providers. Location: Burlington,
MA: 17 miles north of Boston. Easy access to New England mountains,

Range: $200,000.00 USD – $232,000.00 USD The pay range listed for
this position is the annual base salary range the organization
reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at
this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several
factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience,
specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job
responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for
performance-based incentive compensation, which may include
