Join our dynamic team as a Hospitalist or Nocturnist Physician
just north of Boston and be part of a leading hospital medicine

We are seeking dedicated and skilled physicians to join our team in
both day and night hospitalist roles. Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive annual salary: $280,000 - $325,000 commensurate with
experience and shift structure. Performance-based incentives

Responsibilities: Provide inpatient medical care as part of a 7-on
/ 7-off rotation, supporting a balanced work-life schedule.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement
comprehensive treatment plans. Conduct patient assessments, daily
rounds, admissions, and discharges. Maintain accurate and organized
clinical documentation using the Cerner EMR system. Participate in
initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency,
and team satisfaction. Requirements: Board Certified or Board
Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM/ABFM). Valid
Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a commitment to
evidence-based medicine. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative hospital
environment.
