National Travel Required Hot Job: Yes Purpose & Scope Supports the
national deployment of the 5008X dialysis machine by delivering
standardized, competency-based education to clinical staff across
assigned facilities and programs. This role promotes safe,
high-quality patient care while supporting area, regional, and
enterprise-wide clinical initiatives. Responsibilities include
training and oversight of direct patient care activities and
appropriate delegation to RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care
Technicians. Principal Duties & Responsibilities - Perform all
essential functions under the direction of the Clinical Education
Supervisor - Deliver standardized education and training programs
supporting safe and effective use of the 5008X machine - Ensure
adherence to nursing practice standards, company policies, and all
regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements - Promote a culture of
patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuous quality
improvement - Develop competency and instructional expertise
related to dialysis equipment and modalities - Collaborate with
internal partners to schedule, implement, and evaluate education
programs for new and existing staff - Utilize adult and
generational learning strategies across multiple training venues -
Support implementation and resolution of 5008X action plans -
Facilitate immersive, engaging learning experiences using a variety
of tools and educational resources - Provide hands-on training,
demonstration, and oversight of direct patient care activities -
Maintain effective communication with internal and external
stakeholders, including facility leadership, clinicians, hospitals,
and contracted personnel - Demonstrate leadership competencies
including communication, relationship development, critical
thinking, performance management, and decision-making - Support
metrics and KPI programs through accurate documentation, reporting,
and ongoing quality improvement - Maintain current knowledge of
products, equipment, services, and clinical strategies - Perform
additional duties as assigned Physical Demands & Working Conditions
- Healthcare environment with controlled air temperature and
moderate noise levels - Potential exposure to infectious or
contagious materials - Desk and computer work combined with
clinical floor training and patient interaction - Frequent
standing, bending, and prolonged physical activity - Ability to
assist with moving equipment up to 200 lbs (with assistance) -
Ability to lift supplies and solutions up to 30 lbs (up to 5 feet)
- Travel between assigned facilities, communities, and
corporate/regional meetings - Deployment-week schedules align with
assigned clinic operating hours - Overnight travel and frequent
relocation required - Employees must complete Ishihara Color
Blindness Test (Failure does not preclude employment; reasonable
accommodations will be considered) Travel Requirements - Up to 100%
national travel - Frequent relocation based on predetermined
deployment schedules and locations Education & Licensure -
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited
program - Active RN license in primary state of residence -
Multi-State RN License preferred - Ability to obtain and maintain
RN licensure in assigned states - Must meet all state practice
requirements Experience & Certifications - Minimum 1 year (1,500
hours) dialysis experience within the past 3 years - Chronic
Hemodialysis experience required - Fresenius Medical Care T-Machine
experience preferred - Current BLS (CPR) certification - Completion
of all required annual and ongoing education and competencies About
